Public Participation on 2025 Medium Term Debt Management Strategy (MTDS).

The National Treasury team led by Director Debt recording and settlement (DRSD) Mr. Jeremiah Tomno and Snr Deputy Director Debt Policy Strategy and Risk management (DPSRM) Mr. Simon Mungai paid a courtesy call to the County Commissioner of Mombasa Mr. M Nur Hassan ahead of the public participation of the 2025 Medium Term Debt Management Strategy scheduled to take place today in Mombasa Beach Hotel.

Through public participation Mombasa Town citizens both as individuals, groups or communities (also known as stakeholders), will take part in the conduct of public affairs, interact with the state and other non-state actors to influence decisions, policies, programs, legislation and provide oversight in service delivery, development and other matters concerning their governance and public interest.
