Financing Locally-Led Climate Action (FLLoCA) is a five-year initiative by the Government of Kenya, supported in collaboration with the World Bank and other donors, implemented by the National Treasury through the Program Implementation Unit (NTPIU) and the County Governments through the County Climate Change Units (CCCUs).The aim of the program is delivering locally-led climate resilience actions and strengthening county and national governments' capacity to manage climate risk.
The National Treasury upholds the provisions in the Constitution of Kenya guaranteeing that every citizen has the right of access to information held by the State or its agents either in the civil or public service; and information held by another person required for the exercise or protection of any right or fundamental freedom.
