This evening, CS Hon. John Mbadi welcomed USAID Regional Mission Director David Gosney to his Treasury Building office. USAID has been a steadfast partner, supporting Kenya in health, education, trade, agriculture, and infrastructure, with current funding of $991M across 7 ministries, including the National Treasury.

They discussed strengthening Kenya-US cooperation through Government-to-Government (G2G) engagement, leveraging Public Financial Management (PFM) systems for increased support. A joint technical team is assessing risks to identify mutually beneficial projects for implementation.
